Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data TruPay Capital Solutions LLP ("TruPay", "we", "us") collects through this website, why, and what rights you have over it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"). It applies to the contact form, the capital subsidy calculator, and the site's own analytics.

Information we collect

Contact form: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the type of enquiry, and any message you write.
Automatically, only if you accept the cookie banner: usage data collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics — pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. None of this runs before you accept.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
To understand how the site is used, only where you've accepted analytics cookies.
To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us.

Who we share it with

Google — reCAPTCHA scores form submissions for spam before they reach us, and (only with your consent) Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics measure site usage.
Supabase — the database infrastructure that stores submitted form and calculator data, access-controlled and not publicly readable.
Vercel — hosts the site and, as part of serving every page, processes standard web request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page).
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Cookies

The site itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies until you accept the cookie banner. Declining still lets you browse the site and use the contact form and calculator normally.
You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie Preferences" in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or carry out the service you've engaged us for, or as long as applicable law requires us to, whichever is longer — then it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights under the DPDP Act

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
Withdraw consent at any time — for analytics cookies, use "Cookie Preferences" in the footer; for other data, contact us using the details below.
Request erasure of your data, subject to what we're legally required to retain.
