Subsidy & Incentives
Claimed, Not Missed.

The state already budgeted for your project. We collect it.

Gujarat notifies real money for industrial projects — capital subsidy, interest subsidy, net SGST reimbursement, stamp duty relief and power tariff support. Almost none of it arrives on its own. We check what your project qualifies for across every live scheme, file the claim in the order the department requires, and follow it through to disbursement. The most common way an eligible project loses a claim isn't a weak case — it's registering or starting execution before the eligibility sequence a scheme requires has been checked, which can disqualify an otherwise straightforward application before the first form is even filed.

Our Approach

What's
Included

6 ways this desk structures subsidy & incentives, end to end.

End-to-end partnership

From strategy to execution, we stay with you at every step.

  • Eligibility Mapping

Which schemes your project qualifies for across every notified policy — read against your taluka category, activity classification and investment size. This is the step most projects skip, and the reason a genuinely eligible unit ends up claiming less than the state actually notified for it.

  • Capital Investment Subsidy

Assistance on eligible fixed capital investment in plant, machinery and building, claimed against the scheme your unit classifies under. Which scheme applies — and at what rate — depends on unit category, taluka classification and thrust-sector status, all of which are checked before the claim is built.

  • Interest Subsidy

Reimbursement on interest paid against a term loan for an eligible project, claimed annually through the operative period. Filed as a recurring claim, not a one-time application — the eligibility check happens once, but the reimbursement itself needs re-filing each year.

  • Net SGST Reimbursement

Reimbursement of net SGST paid, available to eligible units for a defined number of years from commercial production. Tracked against the unit's actual production start date, since the eligibility window runs from that date rather than from when the application is filed.

  • Stamp Duty & Registration Relief

Relief on stamp duty and registration charges for qualifying land and premises, claimed at the point of transaction. Best checked before the transaction is registered — claiming the relief after the fact is a materially harder process than building it into the registration itself.

  • Filing & Follow-Through

Registration before execution, applications, TPQA reports and claim pro formas prepared and filed — then departmental queries handled until the money is disbursed. The filing is the easy half; staying on a claim through department queries and inspection is what actually gets it disbursed.

Who This Is For

Built for the situations that actually come up.

  • Industrial units in Gujarat setting up, expanding or diversifying a manufacturing project.
  • MSMEs, large and mega/ultra-mega units wanting to check what they qualify for before committing capital.
  • Businesses that registered or started a project without first checking scheme eligibility, now working out what can still be claimed.
  • Companies with a claim already filed and stuck in departmental process, needing it followed through to disbursement.

How We Work

4 stages, start to close.

  1. Map

Check which notified schemes the project actually qualifies for, taluka category and activity classification included.

  2. Sequence

Get the registration-before-execution order right — filing out of sequence disqualifies an otherwise eligible project.

  3. File

Prepare and submit the applications, TPQA reports and claim pro formas each scheme requires.

  4. Follow through

Handle departmental queries until the money is disbursed, not just until the application is filed.

Common Questions

What happens if I've already started construction before checking eligibility?
Most Gujarat schemes require registration before execution begins — starting construction first can disqualify an otherwise eligible project from claiming capital or interest subsidy, so this is the first thing worth checking, before anything else.
Do you only help with the initial application, or the full claim process?
The full process — eligibility mapping, applications, TPQA reports and claim pro formas, then following departmental queries through to actual disbursement, not just the initial filing.
